Custom Plastic Injection Molding
Bringing a new product to market requires a manufacturing partner who can solve problems, not just press buttons. Established in 1978, Shun Tung Industrial believes in straightforward communication and building long-term trust. We manage the entire lifecycle from design, tooling, and trial runs to mass production and assembly right in-house.
Mold Design and Tooling
Turning a product concept into a physical reality starts with high-precision tooling. At Shun-Tung Industrial, we know that a great mold isn't just about cutting steel; it's about anticipating shrinkage, warping, and assembly issues before they happen. We handle everything in-house—from 3D structural optimization and precision steel machining to trial molding—saving you time and costly modifications down the road.
Post-Processing Services
Coming out of the injection machine is usually just a semi-finished part. To make a product truly market-ready, flawless surface finishes, precise logo printing, and secure assembly are essential. At Shun-Tung Industrial, we provide end-house post-processing services, managing ultrasonic welding, painting, printing, and assembly under one roof to eliminate multi-vendor risks.
